INSTRUCTIONS

• Please read the instructions, procedure and Information Bulletin carefully before you start filling the Application Form.
  
  
• All * marked fields are mandatory and essential to be filled in by the applicant. If the information for a mandatory field is not currently available, please type N.A.
  
  
• Applicant will get only one chance to submit the form and there will be no update or alteration facilitity for the submitted form. So applicant are strictly instructed to provide all the details correctly.
  
  
• The Applicant is required to upload one copy each of recent passport size photographs of child and both parents.
  
  
• The Applicant is required to mention only his/her own or parent's mobile number in the "Primary Contact Number for communication" as all information/communication will be sent by institute on this registered mobile number.
  
  
• The Applicant is requested to take a print out of filled-up application form after successfull submission of online application.
  
  

N.B: Parents are required to fill in this application for admission. Once the office receives the application, the office will determine whether there are seats available in that particular class and then inform parents of a date on which we would like to meet the parents and the child. A final day of filling up of forms and payment of necessary fees will follow. The child is not required to be present on that day.
Institute takes up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents at subsequent stages of admission process.
